GTKY event of the International Women’s Club of Thailand – Bangkok
On 20 February, 2014, Mrs Malou Thill, wife of the Ambassador, hosted a GTKY (“Get to know you”) event for more than 25 members of the International Women’s Club of Thailand. Mr Jacques Leider, Counsellor at the Embassy, gave a presentation on the Grand-Duchy introducing the geography, the economy and many more aspects of Luxembourg, such as tourism and lifestyle. The introduction to the country was illustrated by a projection of film documents displaying Luxembourg’s natural beauty and attractive sites and followed by a casual light lunch meal with Luxembourg specialities for all the participants.
