Reopening of the restaurant "Hue Purple" at "Villa Hué", Vietnam
“ Hue Purple”, a restaurant “with a difference”, has opened to indulge guests with Vietnamese classics, local Hue dishes, fusion food but also traditional European dishes. Chef Kevin Marchetti from Luxembourg, his team and a group of culinary students serve a variety of delicacies from Vietnam and from around the globe to surprise your palates. It is the only vocational training restaurant/hotel in Hue, part of the Hue Tourism college supported by Luxembourg development cooperation, and provides a great opportunity for guests to meet Vietnamese students undergoing on-the-job training at Villa Hue hotel and Hue Purple restaurant.
