15th European Film Festival in Malaysia
Luxembourg participated in the European Union Film Festival (EUFF) in Malaysia from 30 October to 15 December 2014 in five cities: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
Luxembourg was represented by “ The Symmetry of the Butterfly ” screened in Luxembourgish with English subtitles.
Synopsis:
Roger, a Luxemburgish writer, takes audiences on a journey into a fictional world. Playing with reality and fantasy, he transforms his novel ‘The Symmetry of the Butterfly’ into a dreamlike and poetic fantasy, where colorful butterflies alight on a rather monotonous everyday life...
