Luxembourg and UNCTAD support Vietnam's efforts in facilitating investment procedures
With financial support from Luxembourg and technical assistance of UNCTAD, the Foreign Investment Agency of the Vietnamese under the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, developed an internet platform which provides information to potential investors on company creation, the conclusion of business cooperation contracts and amendments of investment certificates including company registrations in seven cities of Vietnam. The eRegulations Vietnam portal is an effective step-by-step and a hands-on tool for the government of Vietnam to increase the transparency, integrity and accountability of public agencies. It will help to ensure that national laws are applied consistently and to harmonize administrative practices across the country. The internet portal is available under vietnam.eregulations.org .
