Vaccination with AstraZeneca for Luxembourgers in Thailand

French version / Version française (PDF)

As part of the Thai vaccination program via the Belgian Embassy in Bangkok, you can, if you wish, benefit from privileged access to be vaccinated against covid-19 at the end of this month of August at Piyavate Hospital in Bangkok.

1000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines (produced in Japan and Thailand) have been reserved for Luxembourgers and Belgians. All interested persons over the age of 18 can benefit from it, unless there is a medical contraindication, and if they have never been vaccinated, even once.

Please register BEFORE this Sunday August 22. Beyond this date the doses will not be kept and will be allocated to others. The vaccination will take place between August 25 and 29. The exact appointment will be communicated to you by the hospital and its logistics partner Atlas after your registration. The second injection will take place 12 weeks later.
Please send the following information via the following link:

- Your full first and last names as on your passport
- Your passport number
- Your mobile number
- Your email
- Your date of birth
- Specify if you have a congenital disease
- Specify possible allergies to certain drugs
- Your address

Your data will then be recorded in the Thai public health system. The hospital will contact you to confirm your appointment.
50 THB per person will be collected for the administrative costs of the specific logistics put in place for this operation and will also ensure that English speaking staff are available to you.

If you live outside of Bangkok and want to go to Piyavate Hospital to get vaccinated, the embassy can issue you a transport certificate.
The above offer is offered to you in order to meet your demand and under the program of the Thai government. The Embassy only plays a facilitating role here. We are of course continuing to explore other options to facilitate the vaccination of Luxembourg nationals in other regions of the country.
